WR-ecipe – Khmer Fried Bananas

 

Yup, this is pretty much what it was like from the lady down the street from our house on stilts in Cambodia.  I think I will perfect this when I get home.  It was a basic sweet frying dough with black sesame seeds inside.  She also used a rolling pin to smash the bananas instead of a press.
