Doing this blog thing has been on my heart for a long time (*cough* since July) and one thing this past weekend that really put the fire under my butt was at work when my Supervisor told me :
"You're a procrastinator".
I was ready to say. "I rebuke that in Jesus' name" but if I had, then he would of looked at me like this
How can I argue with that? He is right. That is one word I don't like to hear often, but I think it's amazing how God uses people to get you motivated (only for so long of course). What I mean is we need to learn how to walk on our two feet right?? I think we really need to be intune with God because there isn't always going to be someone there to remind us. Especially if i am going on this amazing race with so many others. I don't think my fellow racers and my loved ones at home want to carry me through the whole journey! (I don't think any of you have to worry about that. )
I want to make this blog to be special, fun ,creative and very interesting. I want God to take my heart, mind and hands with this so you can know the vision He has put on my heart. I'll be honest…sometimes when God puts an idea or a thought on my heart it takes me days or unfortunately months before I get to it and the worst thing is that I forget what it was!!. I don't wanna take this lightly but in the mean time I need to learn when God puts something on my heart that I don't procrastinate and I do it. So I am going to do my best to keep up with this blogging.
For my fellow racers, I can't wait to share this journey with you and tell you more of who I am and how God has got me here. For everyone that does know me and my story and is reading this right now well I want to invite you to come along with me on this journey called the World Race.
