As I sat in the top of a tree in Honduras and  wrestled with God, He just simply asked me, "Are you on this race to coast through or are you on this race to be challenged in your faith?"

The answer to that question is: I am not on this race to coast. I am on this race to be challenge and I have to make the decision every day to walk in that.  I can chose to start each day with the mind-set of coasting or I can chose to fully enter into His presence.  To walk by faith and not by sight.  To walk with Him, not knowing what is coming next but knowing that He has it under control.

As this month has come to an end I can't seem to get out of my head that there are giants ahead.  As D-squad walks into their inheritance, their Promised-land, I just see the vision of the giants that are ahead.  The Israelites didn't fight the giants in the Promise-land from the Wilderness, they fought them from the inside of the Promised Land.  As this next chapter of the race unfolds there are going to be many chances to step back and let things slide through.

Or we can chose to fight.

In the past month, people have been speaking the word "warrior" over me.  Even as I write this blog, He is bringing me full circle.  Connecting the dots in my mind and reminding me of my destiny with Him.

I have to make the choice of warrior, and I can no longer chose to be silent.  I can no longer take any other stance but a stance of righteous aggression.  He is calling me to fight.

There are many times in our Christian walk that God brings us on the border of the Promise-land, but we as Christians chose to turn around and walk in the Wilderness.  He lets us explore the Promise-land and shows us this land that is exceedingly good, but we are to scared to step up and fight the giants.  I think it is because we forget that He is the one doing the fighting.  It is not us doing the fighting, we just simply need to show up for battle.

Joshua 1:9 says, "This is my command- be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged.  For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Wont you just show up for battle?
