Hey Team!
I realize this is late notice, but I need your help asap. Our Logistics team has been hard at work planning and preparing for your trip and we are ready to reserve your plane tickets. However, we can’t do that until a few items are complete. So… log on to your profile…
1) Under the My Profile tab, click on Edit Profile. You will see spaces to enter your LEGAL name. This needs to be your name exactly how it is on your passport. We will order your plane ticket with that name and if your ticket and your passport don’t match… you don’t fly. Go right now and make sure your legal name is correct.
2) Below your legal name, you’ll see your birthdate section. Please double check to make sure your birthday is correct on here.
3) Under the My Mobilization Tab, go to the Documents page. The first blank is for your passport information. I need each blank filled in exactly as it appears on your passport.
— Name: This should be automatically filled in to match your profile legal name. If not, correct it here please. Keep in mind that if your middle name is not on your passport, it should not be filled in here.
— Number: No typos please. Double check to be sure this is exactly right.
— Expiration date: Click on the calendar and choose the right date. This will make sure formatting doesn’t cause you problems.
— Passport issued by: The important thing here is country. I know yours probably says “miami” or “houston” or something… but I need to know if it’s USA, Canada, or wherever.
If we can get 100% of your passports entered by Monday, we will buy your plane tickets on Tuesday. Beginning Monday if we are missing your information, you will get a phone call to get that information. If we cannot get your passports this weekend, then we will have to postpone your plane tickets causing prices to go up and a delay in sharing information with you.
Again… I know this is late notice. Please do everything you can to get your information on your profile immediately. Thanks for your cooperation!!!
