Who do I call:
While getting ready to begin your World Race journey, the World Race office staff will be your main point of contact. We are here to serve you! Any time you have a question, concern, prayer request, anything at all… please don’t hesitate to call. The World Race office line is 877-811-0210.

When overseas:
Skype is the best form of international calling we have found. Most internet café’s overseas are setup with Skype capabilities. Visit Skype to learn more about how this works. We have found that international calling cards work less than you would expect. Please note that you may have limited availability to be on the internet. Encourage your family and friends that no news is always good news.

In case you have an emergency:
Your team leader and squad leaders will have unlocked cell phones to carry at all times. When entering a new country, it’s easy to buy a new SIM card for these phones. These phones are only to be used for leaders to communicate with each other on the field or in case of emergency. If you have an emergency on the field, you must first notify your squad leaders. Then the leaders will notify the AIM office. The AIM office will then notify your family.

Please do not notify your family of an emergency or sickness you are experiencing without notifying us first. Often, your family will want to call us in the office to hear updates on your condition. If you have not notified us of your condition, your family will not appreciate our lack of knowledge. It’s important that we in the office are always notified of your condition.

In case of emergency at home:
Please make sure that your family has the main Adventures in Missions number in case of an emergency at home. They may call during normal business hours and simply ask for The World Race. The office staff will then be able to get in touch with you on the field within 48 hours. In case of an emergency outside normal business hours, the voicemail on the main AIM number includes emergency contact numbers. Listen for The World Race specific emergency number. That will be the cell phone number of someone who can get in touch with you on the field.
