Hello all,
I just thought I would share a little bit about what fundraising is going to look like for me and my heart during this process. I’m just going to start out by saying that I really do not like asking for help from others. I do not even like asking my mom for money, it’s just not me. I am very independent and like to do things on my own. I am also very scared and nervous for fundraising; $12,500 is a big number, thankfully I serve an even bigger God. He will provide, I have never felt more confident about that. But God is calling me to trust Him wholeheartedly in this and to also rely on others to help me along the way.
So this is where you come in! I have already felt completely overwhelmed with the amount of support and encouragement people are beginning to offer. I ask first for your prayers and that if you feel led to give, please do. No prayer or donation is too small to be useful to God’s kingdom. This is not my trip. It is Gods. He is just allowing me to be apart of the journey and you can become a part of the journey with me as well! God has called me to go, I ask that you listen to Him and see if He is calling you to support me.
A few deadlines to keep in mind:
$6,000-May 8th
$9,000-June 19th
$12,500-August 21st
This amount includes all of my expenses on the trip, including insurance.
