Happy New year!
It’s barely the first day of 2016 and there are already exciting changes… team changes!
I’ve been asked to lead a team of 7 beautiful women! I feel so honored and blessed to have this opportunity to grow and come alongside these ladies in life and grow in the Lord with them over the next few months.
So without further ado, I’d love to present to you my new team, Human!
Joy is a sweet, loving individual who has a heart of gold. I’ve never met anyone who is so caring. She is always willing to give both her time and possessions to help absolutely anyone in need.
Taylor is just a bundle of sweetness. She’s incredibly brave and takes every opportunity for growth to its fullest. She’s a blast to have around and always willing to laugh and just be a goofball with me.
Kayla G. (2K) is passionate. She has a heart that’s so on fire for the Lord. She strives to be her best in every situation and looks out for the best for all of those around her.
Andrea is a beast! I’ve had the opportunity to work out with her and she is just intense. I know that she has the exact same intensity for the Lord and for the people around her. She’ll also be our team treasurer!
Faith is always joyous. Seriously, if you’re ever feeling down, just take a second to talk to her. She’s incredibly welcoming to people and always ready to give you the biggest bear hug. She’s uplifting and has a huge heart.
Kayla Z. (Zero) is straight up authentic. If you need advice, a hug, a laugh or just someone to walk alongside you in silence, she’s your girl. She has a heart to love everyone she comes into contact with right where they are in life.
So yeah! This is my team. I’m so excited for everything these girls bring to the team. I’m excited to grow, be pushed in the Lord and have an absolute blast with them.
We will be spending our first month together in Kadoma, Zimbabwe. We’ll be helping out in orphanages, nursing homes and doing house evangelism.
So here’s to the new year and new adventures!
