This is a strikingly accurate description of my family.
To get to know me a bit better, you have to know a little about my family because they are such a huge part of who I am!
I thought it would be fun to introduce my family in order and explain some of the ways they have shaped me to be the person I am today.

So this is my dad – basically a true hero in my life! From the time I was little, I have always been one to (literally) follow in Dad’s footsteps.
Dad is one of the most patient and generous people I have ever known!!
He taught me to how to have fun!
Dad truly knows how to have a good time and showed me that life is way more amusing when you don’t take things too seriously!
Dad taught me a love and respect of the outdoors.
As well as a love for hunting…
…at an early age…
…which will last a lifetime.
Dad gave me a love and passion for horses.
He taught all of us how to ride…
…at an early age
He taught me the significance of being quiet and still before the Lord.
He has shown me that when things go wrong in life, the best thing to do is not complain, but make the most out of the situation.
I’ve learned that sometimes it’s okay to be a little competitive! 😉
Dad has shown me the importance and gift of ‘time’…
…in every capacity.
I’ve learned to laugh with abandon from Dad.
More than anything, I have learned that there truly is nobody that can take the place of a Dad!
I am so thankful to have such an incredible, loving hero in my life!! I could go on and on about everything I’ve learned from Dad and how amazing he is!
Out of everything, I appreciate that Dad has been such a huge influence for me through spending time with me, offering wisdom, supporting me in every endeavor and most especially, always being there for me!!
