Dear Friends and Family,

This past year has been a crazy ride! I gave my life to the Lord during a worship and prayer night on May 17th, 2015. Ever since then a variety of doors have been opened, and God has been extremely prevalent in my life. Along with that major milestone, my year has also been filled with having bone removed from my jaw, falling off my longboard and breaking my wrist, going on two missions trips, and getting screws put in my mouth! Talk about high maintenance.

I have always had a caring heart for people and in November, 2015 the Lord placed missions on my heart, making the verse ?Mark 16:15? stand out…”He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’” I find these few words so powerful and hopeful. About 40% of the world has never had the opportunity to hear the gospel. Why hesitate on making Jesus known when he has radically turned my life around, and will do so for others!!

In the past few months, I was fortunate to be given the opportunities to serve at the LA Dream center, as well as serving with Mercy International in Yamaringuila, Intibuca, Honduras. My eyes were opened and my heart was changed.

About a month ago I began hearing the Lord speak to me about the World Race. This is a program through the organization Adventures in Missions. There are various trips to choose from with this program. The one I have been accepted to participate in is a 9 month mission trip where I get to spend 3 months in each of 3 countries:

THAILAND

MALAWI, AFRICA

GUATEMALA

Beginning in October, this will be a 9 month journey with God where I’ll have opportunity to see what is going on in other parts of the world, and let God break my heart for the things that break his heart. It’s also a chance to discover what passions, gifts, and talents God has given me to pursue for the Kingdom of God. I am ready to live beyond the ordinary, to make a real and lasting impact in the lives of the people I encounter and to experience the challenge of a lifetime.

So, I write this letter to ask you if you would be willing to partner with me in this journey. This is a big adventure and I am asking for support in the following ways:

  • Prayer Partners
  • Financial Partners
  • T-Shirt Sales
  • Other Fundraisers (to be announced)
The total cost of my trip is $13,805 for the 9 month journey. That covers all my airfare, land travel, lodging & food for the entire 9 months. Equally important is the commitments I need for prayer. We will be living amongst the poorest of the poor, rescuing victims of human trafficking, and other difficult situations… every bit of prayer you can offer will be appreciated!

(Watch for more information to come regarding World Race T-shirt sales & Other fundraisers)

If you would like to partner with me through financial contributions, you can do so in one of the following ways:

CHECK – made payable to Adventures in Mission. Mail to my home address (I will submit all money directly to the organization as it comes in)
