Hi, my name is Demi Bouwens and I have been following Jesus since May 17, 2015. It’s been crazy and my heart has been on fire for spreading the love of Jesus ever since. I’ve been going on missions trip since I was two years old, but it has never been anything to the extent of the World Race. My heart has always been with traveling and building meaningful relationships, I have an adventurous soul! I like to be creative wether it be through writing or creating videos, so be prepared to follow me on this journey as if you are here too. I write this as 18 year old Demi getting ready to embark on this 9 month journey the Lord has called me to, I’m feeling excitement, nerves, and the love of the father being poured into me. I can’t wait to experience miracles of the Holy Spirit and minister to those who never got the chance to hear to gospel. The Lord is going to transform me throughout this journey as we spread the kingdom.
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
