Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me. I pray that through all that is posted on here or any blogs to follow you would find God to be glorified, encouraging words, challenging words, words of love, and words of life. May God in His magnificent power use it in some way to draw you into a deeper relationship with Him or simply be encouraged.

If you were to ask me who I am I might say Darron Chamlee. I have been blessed to call Wind River Christian Dude Ranch my family and be a part of it for the past three years and counting. I am also going on six years in the military and now honored to be part of the World Race family preparing for my first World Race July 2014. Yes, I said “first” because truth is God has the plans and I am not ruling out it leading to more races.
I am 23 years young (I use the word “young” because I am trying to practice proclaiming words of life over myself). I am from East Tennessee and have spent most of my first 17 years of life growing up or getting older along the I-75 corridor. I have since spent more time out of the state of Tennessee than in. In later blogs I plan to share my testimony and more details. However, below I will list a few questions with answers about myself to give you some quick information about me.
Where am I now? Currently in Pennsylvania always subject to change.
Work? Currently in a machine shop but do not be fooled. I love horses and ranch work, but I take what I can get when a last minute decision by the military left me in need of a job for 5 months.( More to come on the work topic and a period of my life you could become a part of…!)
Note: As you get to know me, my best friend Chris is from Pennsylvania and his name may be mentioned often. It was by God opening a door through him that I am here. There was no random urge to up and leave for PA this time.
Where am I headed? I am blessed to announce I have been accepted to the World Race July 2014 Route 1.
