“What are you doing God?”
I feel like I ask this question quite a lot. Being the thinking man that I am, I love understanding a situation. I strive to understand what is going on, to see all the pieces of the puzzle so that I can know how to put it together. However, if I have learned anything in these few months, it’s that I’m not always going to know what is going on. I am not always going to understand. Which bring back to the question I keep asking, “What are you doing God?”
But what I should be asking is, “What are you doing Clayton?”
Who am I to question God? Who am I to try and understand His plan?
God has already seen my life. God knows and understands every single part of everyday of my entire life. So why should I need to know what He is doing? I don’t. All I need to do is SUBMIT myself to His will.
Ive got a $9,000 deadline in 9 days. And let me tell you, my natural response is, “there is no way.” But I am not the one in charge. I’m not the one who provides for Clayton. God is in charge, God provides. God will make a way.
Pray for me that I will trust. Pray that I will depend fully on God. Pray that I will have peace.
I am beyond thankful for all the support I have received so far. God’s provision has been beautiful. Without my supporters this trip would not be possible, and yes I still have a long way to go, but just know how much of a blessing each of you are to me.
