I love springtime. It is by far one of my favorite times of year. Right now, it is getting warm, the grass is turning a vibrant shade of green, the trees are blooming, each one beautiful and unique, and life is just coming alive it seems.
Life is coming alive in more ways than just the flowers, grass, and trees. I feel as if my life is coming alive as well. The Lord is showing me daily of His unending and amazing love for me. Every time I drive by a weeping Japanese Cherry tree, or any of the countless other beautiful spring views right now, I realize I am in the midst of being pursued by the Greatest Artist there ever was…His name is Jesus! Everytime I see a budding tree that just takes my breath away, I hear the Lord whisper, “That tree has your name written all over it, I created just for your enjoyment.”
Spring is my reminder from my very own CREATOR, and SAVIOR that I am being loved and pursued and am unique just like each flower budding on that tree outside my window. 🙂
I would post a picture of a weeping Japanese Cherry tree, but my computer wont let me at the moment, so I will post this picture of Lake Tahoe instead! Both are still amazing works of art by our wonderful Creator! (Looks professional I know, but my good friend Cassidy actually took this wonderful pic when we were at Lake Tahoe a few years ago…yay for friends that take good pics!)
