Welcome! Thank you so much for checking out my upcoming adventure!

First, this December, after eight years on Active Duty, I will be separating from the U.S. Air Force. While serving, I traveled to more than a dozen countries on three continents. While these experiences made me feel extremely blessed for the opportunities, freedoms and comforts we enjoy as Americans, they also showed me how much need is in the world; how many people are hurting; and how we can have a huge impact for the good of people in the world.

  • In Afghanistan, I met women who  feared for themselves and their families. They risked their lives daily to provide for their children and bring peace to their homeland.
  • In the Republic of Korea, I witnessed the “Juicy” culture of prostitution and human trafficking. Young women, most commonly lured by the promise of work in child care or housekeeping then tricked into prostitution, sat in bars and clubs waiting for men to buy them a glass of juice as the fee for their time.
  • In Costa Rica, I visited a shanty town where mothers pulled together scraps of metal and wooden pallets to provide shelter to their children. They had no medicine and barely any food but had amazing faith.

Beginning in January, I will serve as a missionary with Adventures in Missions in their World Race program. The World Race is an 11-month Christian mission trip to 11 countries around the world. On the World Race, my team and I will partner with churches and ministries in local communities to build churches, teach English, visit the sick, teach Vacation Bible School, love on orphans, and befriend women and children trapped in human trafficking.

Second, I am writing to ask that you join me as a partner through prayer and/or financial support in this ministry adventure.

  • Prayer is the foundation of any service for the Lord and supports what will be an amazing, life-changing endeavor for everyone involved. We need all the prayer we can get!
  • The individual, all-inclusive cost of participating in the 11-month World Race is  $16,285.00.
  • Tax-deductible contributions may be made as a one-time or a monthly gift.

You may make your donation online at:  http://bethbostick.theworldrace.org  by clicking on the “Support Me” link in the upper left and following the instructions to complete your donation or you may donate by check. Please make checks payable to Adventures In Missions and return to: Adventures In Missions, P.O. Box 742570, Atlanta, GA 30374-2570 . Please write “Elizabeth Bostick” in the memo to ensure my account is credited with your donation!

If 28 people donate $50 per month for 12 months, I will be fully funded! Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated!

I am so grateful for this opportunity that God has given and have every confidence that He will provide for all our needs!  Thank you for your prayer and support of this God Adventure!
