What does it say? The plans of the heart belong to the man, but decides his footsteps? Something like that anyway! Well, here’s what I know as of right now:
I’m working with a team of people alongside Seth Barnes trying to organize and catalog people and their skills sets so that we can send out strategic teams as quickly as possible. AIM has a small group heading down there in a couple days to assess the situation so that we know which groups to send out first and where we can send them with as little risk as possible. AIM is attempting to meet the needs in Haiti right now while also setting up a plan for a long term answer for sustaining them. So, I’m going to be staying here for a little while working on some of that coordination.
Next week there is a “Real Life” training camp that will be going on down here on top of all the Haiti organization. I’ll have a hand in helping train some of the new guys before they head out to Asia. From there I might be making my way back north and I might be making my down to Haiti. Regardless, my life is in His hands and am willing to go wherever He sends me…
I thank you for your prayers. The last couple days have been pretty hectic in so many ways but I got a chance to wind down a bit more tonight and get some quality time worshiping, chatting and sat in a hot tub and near a fire as well…Those of you who know me understand how good a fire is for calming my spirit!!! Anyway, thank you once again. My heart is full of gratitude for the kindness of others in my life both here and there.
