It’s been nearly six months since I landed back in the United States, and what a whirlwind homecoming it has been! Days filled with substitute teaching, continental travel, cereal isle induced panic attacks (well, just one time!), catching up with family and friends, and somehow trying to remember what it’s like to be “an American” have kept me on my toes, and it’s become clear that just because I’m back at home, the adventures with God never stop!

Thanks for following me all around the world! Thanks for a year’s worth of prayer without ceasing and consistent encouragement! Thanks for welcoming me back with open arms and for being so understanding whenever I seem weird or out-of-touch. I’ll admit, it’s still a big adjustment.

Like I said, the adventures with God never stop! It’s been a great, sometimes tough, but growing season here at home, and I know He has used every, single moment to ready me for what’s ahead. I would be so honored if you would continue alongside me for the journey!

To keep up with all that God is teaching me, walking me through and leading me toward, check out my “revamped” blog, “Writer’s Block.” Just like on this one, you can subscribe for email updates, comment if something moves you (or even if you want to challenge me – I’m all for that too!), and find links to other blogs and websites that I find inspirational.

Check out today’s post about how God has been fueling my workouts lately!

I can’t wait to share in more adventures with you!

Be Blessed,

Ashlee
