"Welcome to the Kingdom"

Swaziland was probably one of the most beautiful places I've seen in my life. It's alive with so much green and God.

Swaziland is a strong Christian nation. Something I wasn't expecting, especially coming from Mozambique, a country that is so spiritually oppressed.
My team and I would walk two miles to and from our ministry site Monday-Friday. Our ministry for the month of February was to serve at the Manguanene Preschool with two amazing women, Treasure and Cindy.
Ms. Treasure Mrs.Cindy

There were days that I felt like we weren't making a difference because of the language barrier with the children. But one thing they did understand was love. I don't know what kind of homes these kids came from but they were all so hungry for love. The kids would see us in the distance and start screaming and running toward us. At times it became very difficult to walk because they wanted to be held. It would melt my heart to have a bunch of little hands trying to hold mine 🙂 They were so precious.
"Jesus said, "Let the children come to me and do not try to stop them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these"

If you'd like a glimpse of a day at the Preschool, the link below is a video my talented team mate Januray put together 🙂
Enjoy!
