Our Life in Nepal Part 1: Traditional Nepali Dance!
This video/vlog is about our daily life in Nepal. The video shows the Hindu festival that played every night and morning outside our window at debrief in Nepal, a view of our hostel roof at debrief, traveling to our ministry site for the month (sorry that one’s on my iPhone so it’s not full-screen!), our prayer walk through Thamel while some squadmates went to Cabin restaurants to minister to girls in human trafficking, a Nepali Worship dance that our hosts did for us (sorry for the sound, it was copyrighted, so I had to remove the music and replace it…the original music is featured when they teach our squad how to dance along!), and our first Sunday at church in Nepal!
This video is of Month 3 of my World Race, so since it’s all-squad month, you will get to see a lot more new faces of my dear friends and squadmates! The video is a little long (14 and a half mins.) because with my videos and my teammate Amy’s videos combined, we had more footage than we thought, so I ended up making it into 2 videos. (Thank you Amy for letting me use your fun Nepal clips!!) When you have a few extra minutes to watch it, I hope you guys enjoy!
