Hello Everyone!
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to post this blog last month, when I was actually in New Delhi, India, but here are some videos that I wanted to share with you to give you just a little taste of what it was like working at Asha Mission.
My team was blessed to be able to work with the orphanage all month along with visiting another orphanage several times about an hour away. One day we even had the incredible experience of visiting a Leper Colony and meeting some of the families there.
I absolutely loved India and I miss it already. The colors, the food, the beautiful clothes…everything was incredible. It was funny because a lot of people actually thought I was part Indian, which I never would have expected! It probably didn’t help that I got a gold nose ring while I was there too (don’t worry, I took it out a few days ago 😉 ).
Anyways, I hope you enjoy these two videos of me teaching some of the young girls at the orphanage dances! They are so sweet 🙂
