Hey friends and family! This week commences my year long missions trip to 11 different countries in 11 months, partnering with local ministries in each community we visit. It’s an incredible opportunity to serve people from many different cultures and share with them the love and grace of our Savior. I am just over half way funded for my trip with about $7,000 still left to raise while I’m on the field.
As I start my launch training today, I would like to offer a unique way for you to partner with our ministry this year. If you were to average the costs of visas, transportation, insurance, and training along with our daily expenses of food, lodging, and ministry investments, it costs about $40 a day to sustain us on the race. In this partnership, you would choose a special day for you such as a birthday, or anniversary, or maybe a day that I will be in a certain country you are interested in, and support me for the day. You dedicate praying for me, and I specifically pray for you as my supporter for that day. Upon the days completion, I will give you a detailed report of how God used our ministry in that community that day and if you wanted, I would even love to send you an old fashioned postcard detailing the day’s events. (The postcard, however, could take a few weeks to get to you.)
If you would be interested in sponsoring one of the days on my missions trip, simply tell me which day you will dedicate praying for me so I can mark it in my calendar to remember to pray for you. Also provide your best mode of contact to share with you how that day was used on the race, along with your mailing address if you would like me to attempt sending a post card from that country!
