We have been in beautiful Estonia for just over two weeks now! Sorry for not posting a formal blog about our day to day, but life has been really busy and our days are pretty full. Right now I am sitting on the front porch of a little oak cabin, looking at the snow covered trees of the Estonian Forest. Absolutely beautiful.  You can truly see God in the beauty of this place.

Our ministry this month is… wait for it… Lumberjacking!! Yep that’s right, 7 young gringos running around in a forest cutting down trees and pretending they know what they are doing. Its pretty awesome. We haven’t had a whole lot of time to minister to the men at The Village of Hope, but they have a great leadership team here and pretty much have the ministry side of things covered.

God has really been showing me this month that ministry is so much more than proclaiming the gospel and leading people the Christ. While those two things are very important, and we don’t want to gloss over them, Gods ability to work is not limited to only that. Ministry is much more, its serving, working, doing anything you can in the belief that it will ultimately lead to an opportunity for someone to hear the Gospel. Its your family, you friends, your World Race team. Its your co workers. Ministry is the person right in front of you.

I made this video yesterday about a day in our shoes, here in Estonia. I hope everyone enjoys it!

( the music is a little loud, I apologize, its my first attempt at making a video )
