Hey again, I know it has been a while. I am not really sure why it has taken me so long to finally type this blog about my expectations for the world race because… I do not really have any! I am not a huge planner; normally I just catch a wave and ride it out. I do know that on the World Race there will be some surprises though. Who knows where the team will end up? Who knows what we will be doing? Who knows how we will change? Who knows how the world will change.
I am not too worried about it. Everything always works itself out for the best. I just know that we are going somewhere. We will do something. We will change. And by the time we come back, the world will have changed. Jeff Johnson (180° South) nailed it when he said, “The best journeys answer questions that in the beginning you didn't even think to ask.” So, who knows what will happen? Only God…
