This month has been a month that I have been looking forward to for quite a while. MANISTRY. The girls and guys have been split up this month while we have been in Thailand. They girls have had the opportunity to minister to girls that are caught in the sex slavery and prostitution ministry. Check out a few of their blogs for some powerful stories: Tiffany, Jessica, Heather, Becky. The guys have been in Pak Chong working with Pak Chong Christian Fellowship. It has been amazing here. Our contacts, Steve and Andrea, came to Thailand about 18 years ago with a huge heart for the people of Thailand. They started serving in the jungle areas and build a church and a Christian leadership school. After the ministry became fully self sustained, they moved to Pak Chong to begin again bringing Kingdom to a new spot in Thailand.

Much of our ministry this month has been split between working with the youth, painting/landscaping, some village evangelism, and praying with people at the hospitals. One of the coolest opportunities that we had was with a guy named sweet. Not sure if that was the actual spelling but that is how it sounded. He went to the hospital for some kind of sickness and was given the wrong medicine. This medicine put him into a coma for 4 months. They put him on the 8th floor of the hospital, which is basically where they put people who are going to die. They had no hope for him at all. One of the church members was there praying for a family member of hers and sweet’s sister saw that she was praying. She followed the church member outside and began crying and asking for prayer. They went and prayed for sweet and that instant; he woke up from the coma. Right then and there, she put her faith in Jesus Christ and so did he. Rock on!!

We had the chance to go visit him and spent some time with him. After he came out of the coma, the doctors said that he would never speak or walk again. Once again the power of the Kingdom of God is greater than modern medicine. He was able to talk with us some as his voice is being restored day by day and he is beginning to walk again.

It was so amazing to hear his story and see all that the Lord had done in his life. It really shows that there is nothing that is to big for the Lord to overcome and no miracle that is not to great for Him to accomplish. Lord let your kingdom come.
