You know, felt like you should do or say something?
Now, we acknowledge that not all words, visions, and promptings come from God. There are a lot of things going on in our minds all the time, so that “vision” of a hotdog might just be your stomach growling. But other seemingly random ideas – like “a red umbrella” – might actually be a sign from the Supernatural.
My teammates shared visions of Wal-Mart, a white truck, and a broken-down car. What do you think we saw as we pulled into the parking lot twenty minutes later? Yup: a man checking the engine under the hood of his car. We offered to help him then parked to determine the next steps of our plan. Melissa and I decided to walk around the parking lot while the others went inside. In the course of an hour, we met several people and prayed with a couple of them. We passed several white trucks, and – I’m not exaggerating – all of them had uplifting Christian bumper stickers. It wasn’t a particularly phenomenal experience, but it was exciting to “till the soil” as Melissa says, and start to see people and events as God sees them.
Three people in Team Transformers received these images respectively:
Team Libre received images of a hospital and an old lady. They went to the local hospital, identified their lady, and prayed with her.
True.
so why wouldn’t God want to use us to minister to them?!
If you know that there are old ladies at the hospital needing prayer,
what is stopping you from going there and praying for them?!
The real question is:
How often have you intentionally made yourself available to God?
Everyone benefits from that kind of love!
being intentional and taking the opportunity to minister to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
