“Am I enough for you?”

God’s been asking me that question for a long time, and I have finally started to respond to Him. It’s a question that you can say yes easily to, but when I really asked myself, I respond with “you know God, I’m not really sure. Yes, you’re a good good Father, but what about my dreams? My desires? My plans? Show me that you’re all that I need.”

“Okay, I’ll continue to pursue you until I am enough. I’ll show you that I am enough for you.”

God continues to take my load, my burdens, my hurts, but what more does He need to do until I consider Him enough?

I began telling God to show me that He’s enough for me. You know me better than anyone else, yet You still love me; yet You still pursue me. Tell me everything about God, I want to know You better.

God began to take me through the Gospels – Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John – and I am learning the ins and outs of each book, while comparing them to each other.

You heal the sick. You make a man walk. You remove demons. You calm the storm. You heal through a person’s faith. You love the unloved. You sent your son to love people, to remove our sins. You give an overwhelming grace.

On Monday (1/19/2015), we started our ministry. Team Overcome, had ATL – Ask the Lord. We split into two separate groups, and that morning I met my Uncle Inn. Inn was fishing near the river, and I felt Jesus telling me to love him, to talk to him, to show him Jesus through my actions.

Through spelling our names and different English words on the palm of our hands, Uncle Inn and I began fishing. Although I was having a hard time with his fishing pool – I could see the joy and laughter. I was able to speak life into Uncle Inn that day, while he spoke life into my life.

“Thank you God, for letting meet my Uncle Inn.”

Later that day, Team Overcome had prayer walking throughout the bars. My team followed a dove to a bar, where so much joy poured out of each of us. I was able to play pool with the bar owner, where there were lots of laughs! Even though there was a language barrier, there was love, joy, and truth spoken out – in each of our lives.

“Thank you Daddy, you continue to bless me.”

That night, Team Overcome went to Tha Phae Gate for ministry. Our focus was to get the people involved, so we can shower them with God’s love. We painted a tree trunk beforehand, and had people add their thumbprint and write their name. Throughout the night, the tree began to breathe life.

“Behold I make all things new!”

At the beginning of the night Tha Phae Gate had a dark presence, but as the night went on it got brighter. The Lord was moving in so many ways – from the conversations we had to the games we played to the smiles on people’s faces.

“God, if I see people smile because of your love, if I see your light in people’s eyes, if I see your presence through different people – that is enough for me. Your presence and love is all I need.”

I felt overwhelmingly blessed at Tha Phae Gates. I was able to have different conversations that led to God and His love for people to talking about the World Race.

God’s presence was at Tha Phae Gates. God’s love was at Tha Phae Gate that night. God is enough for me, He is all that I need.
