Last month we celebrated women in missions, and this month we’re giving it up for our guys! We’re having fun with images of mustaches, muscles, pipes and the iconic World Race beard. We’ve poured over blogs from men on the field along with those of the thankful ladies serving beside them. They’re stories of fun and freedom, challenge and compassion, honor and humility.
And the lasting impression we’re left with is a man who looks like Jesus.
A man like you. You said “yes” to the call to go.
You packed up, showed up, stood up, spoke up.
You showed up to hang out with the street boys in Rwanda, giving them your time, attention, and a snapshot of the Father’s heart.
You stood up to wrap your arms around the eight-year-old girl in a Cambodian orphanage, letting her know safety and declaring her immeasurable worth.
You spoke up with strong words and fervent prayers for the farmer in India struggling with addiction and his responsibilities as a father.

Your “yes” reached far off places and sparked fires of change in you, the nations, and an entire generation of men.
A generation of men who are ready and waiting to see a man who looks like Jesus, to be a man who looks like Jesus.
A man like you— ready and waiting.
Will you say “yes”?
Will you pack up, stand up, show up, speak up?
Will you abandon comfort for the kingdom?
Will you love widows and orphans, prostitutes and addicts in Jesus’ name?
The world is waiting, the earth is groaning, and we are on the edge of our seats.
It’s time.
