The September 2010 Q & R squads haven’t been back from the Race for a full year yet, but you can imagine that there’s much more they’d now add to that list. For those of you waiting to go — are there things you still are discovering?

During the initial days on the field on the World Race, World Race squads continue training before beginning ministry; we refer to this period as “Launch”. The September 2010 World Race squads, “Q” & “R” launched in Manila, Philippines.
Included in launch is a video challenge; for these squads, teams were given the prompt, “Things I Never Knew” and were asked to create a video. Jimmy McCarty was the judge and a winner from each squad was announced. The prize was $50 (US) for each team to spend at their discretion — on the field, $50 goes a long way!
