The prison entrance smells of sulfur and mold… We make our way past rusted cells filled with dozens of men… We came hoping to teach English lessons and encourage the prisoners to trust God with their future, but after only a few moments in these conditions, I feel doubtful we can even interact with them at all…

Thoughts on the Death of Osama bin Laden

Being out in the world (away from ready access to information technology) has an ironic way of getting us out of touch with what’s going on in the world – most of the time. The death of the leader of Al Qaeda wasn’t one of those times. Like many American Christians, a few of our World Racers had some thoughts on bin Laden.
