I’m Not Who I Was
by Erica Talley
This past year was the best year of my life; GOD transformed me and changed me from the inside out. God taught me a lot this year (it would take a lot of blogs to list all the lessons). Here are ELEVEN lessons I learned this year:

  1. Pure joy and peace only come from GOD.
  2. True love is to give wholeheartedly of yourself.
  3. Love and music transcend cultural and language barriers.
  4. Love is a choice.
Read the rest of Erica’s lessons here, as well as watch video highlights from the last 11 months.

One Cup of Coffee
by Jennifer Mitchell

This week in Israel has been really wonderful for me.  We got to tour Galilee and I watched two of my sisters rededicate their lives to the Lord and be baptized in the Jordan River.  I love baptisms.  It is such a beautiful moment and it always reminds me that the Lord’s grace and forgiveness are available all the time.

Israel in pictures!!
by Robin Barnes

After being raised in a Christian home, Robin didn’t really come to know the Lord until 2006. Since then she’s volunteered in an orphanage in Mexico and Habitat Humanity. Through these experiences, God revealed her heart for orphans and the poor.

Check out these photos from Robin while in Israel as part of the World Race

Our new friend Juvencio
by Dan and Becky Haverkos
Our first Sunday in Vilanculos, Daniel and I sat outside the church before service and talked to people who were walking by. A young boy sat with us for a while on a break from his daily work of selling hard-boiled eggs. At thirteen years old Juvencio wakes up before 6am each morning and must sell each of the two dozen eggs to passerbyers on the street before heading to school at noon.
