For the few days Angie and her family were here, she would meet me in the kitchen and sit with me while I ate my breakfast. One night our team was watching the movie Australia when Jenae asked me to come outside. Angie was there waiting for me with a gift. That afternoon her family visited Candy Land and she made herself some candy and even made a piece for me. It was a little heart shaped raspberry candy. And it was delicious!
After she gave me the candy we played another game of soccer with her brothers then we all went swimming. After the swim, while I was sitting in the kitchen with Trevor and Jessi, Angie came sneaking in to scare me. After she did, she stayed in the kitchen with us for a while and even laughed at my dumb jokes.
I told Angie that after the World Race I would like to have a dog around to keep me company. I also told her that she could help me name him if she wanted. So she picked out a pretty clever name. She recommended the name Smudge! Smudge Tim Tam Woodham. A Tim Tam is a cookie here that we both are quite fond of.
This little girl brought so much joy and happiness to our team in just the few days we were together. She truly made a positive impact on each member of our team.
