Here’s what a normal ministry day is for Samson’s Mullet

1. Wake up (sometimes in a hammock/tent outside… sometimes in a bunk bed inside), make breakfast, quiet time with The Lord and prepare our sacked lunches for the day

2. Split into 3 types of ministries.

Allison and Don teach preschool at a carepoint. Getting attacked by children and involuntarily getting your hair done.

Audrey and Tyler are with the manual labor ministry. Building a greenhouse to protect the crops from grasshoppers and painting shipping containers.

Katelyn and Zack are with the IT team. Helping with the Adventures in Missions Database or working on other various projects for the ministry.

4. Then we take the local bus called the combies to the bus rank (where hundreds of other buses meet).

Then we go home for dinner, team time, and some sweet sleep. Then upsingle day!

Here’s how you can be praying for our team: that sharing our testimonies to each other will help build unity and security within our new team, energy for long days and that we will bring lift and encouragement to those who work with these ministries every single day!
