I am FULLY FUNDED!!!!!!
This is a day every World Racer dreams about. Last year when I was accepted to the race I started making lists of ways I could raise the $16,250 it would cost to do the trip. The ideas ranged from t-shirts to hotdog dinners to selling bracelets. Then the Lord told me I wasn’t going to be able to do it. It wasn’t about me raising the money, He was going to do it.
As hard as it was, I heard the Lord tell me to rest. My job was to send the letters out to friends and family and share my heart- why the Lord was calling me to this season. So that’s what I did.
God placed it on your hearts to support what He has called me to. This is just another testament to this trip- it’s not about me or what I can do. I didn’t raise the money to do this, God did.
So thank you. Thank you for being faithful and obedient to what God asked you to do. Thank you for giving up things to support me. Thank you for praying for me- praying for the funds to come in. Thank you for being part of God’s plan to show me how big He really is. Thank you for catching the vision. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
I love each and every one of you. Thank you for allowing me to walk in this journey with the Lord. I’m learning new things every day. About myself and about the Lord. I’m not the same person I was when I left in January and I won’t be the same person 6 months from now. I’m so excited to see all the things the Lord has for me over these next few months!
