Hey!
It’s been a while. Brief summary. Since I got home from the race:
I went camping with the fam. Roadtripped CA, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Went to the Outer Banks. Went to Florida. Went to Costa Rica. Got engaged. Got married to the love of my life. Moved to Costa Rica.
No big deal. Now that life is calming down a bit (ie. staying in the same country for more than a month), I’m going to start blogging again. I won’t continue to write on this World Race blog, but my new blog address is this:  http://waitingandtrudging.wordpress.com
This World Race blog won’t be erased, I just won’t be putting new posts on it.
OR, if you’re interested, one of my closest friends from the Q, Sarah Olmstead, made my blogs from the race into a published book as a birthday present for me (ie. one of my dreams) (ie.I know right? She’s amazing). It can be purchased here:  http://www.lulu.com/product/hardcover/stories-about-waiting-and-trudging/16790010
Finally, speaking of Sarah Olmstead, if anyone is looking for a missionary to support, she might be your girl. She’s amazing, loves Jesus, and is coming to Costa Rica (praise the LORD, isn’t He good to me?). She’ll be living in Jaco, a tourist beach town on the western coast and working withChristian Surfers Costa Rica. This ministry strives to reach surfers coming to Jaco to surf, but also to reach the community. You can check out her blog for more information. 🙂
You might also want to check out Andrew Bennett’s blog to see what he’s up to these days (It’s pretty cool)
Anyway, thank you so much for faithfully following my blogs and for supporting me. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. As I start this new chapter in life, I hope you can follow along and be encouraged, maybe laugh a little, and be brought closer to God through my stories and what God lays on my heart. Much love and blessings to you all. You mean more than I can say.
