I wanted to update you all and let you know we started our ministry work in the Philippines. So far I love it here. In the mornings we are doing some work in the local community building a house for a woman named Flor. It’s in the final stages of being finished and is due to be finished this week. We have mainly been working on painting the the roof and ceiling of the house. We’ve also helped with sifting to make cement and hauling chunks of rock and dirt out of the house. And before we get started, we give out vitamins to all the kids around the area we are working. In the afternoons we go hang out with the kids at the orphanage just across from where we are staying.
One thing about this place is there are some health issues going on here. There is always someone on the team who is sick. We have all had issues with our health here, so keep us in your prayers as we fight the sickness. We don’t want anyone to miss out from doing ministry in this wonderful place.
