My name is TJ Candee!
I will add a list of things I like, so that way you can get to know me better!
Here we go…Disclaimer: I like lots of things…Think “These are a few of my favorite things” song from Sound of Music. Which I also like.
I love dance parties. This is a must in life when things get too overwhelming. When in doubt, dance it out! I love coconut oil. I believe it can be used for anything and everything except maybe for gas? I dunno, haven’t tried it yet. I love love love to laugh. And tend to laugh at just about anything. I’ll admit I’m a pretty easy audience. I love to skip small talk and get straight to the being friends part. With that said, I love staying up talking into the night. So this would be a good time to mention that I love sleeping in. Goodness I love this. Sigh. I love the awesome people God brings in and out in my life. Seriously, so many incredible and wonderful people in this world! I’ll never be able to meet them all. Nature is home to me. Well that’s kinda an exaggeration, cause when the weather gets harsh I wanna go indoors, but still I love nature! I don’t tell many people this, but I love zombies and all things related like the walking dead. I LOVE TO READ!!! I just don’t think I can emphasize this enough. Nor can I emphasize how much I love to sing, but how absolutely terrible I am at it. Which reminds me of my next favorite thing…Musicals! My dream is to be on Broadway or at Disney. I love these things……and use them quite oftenly. I think they’re called elipsis?? I love learning. And I love to ask questions. I love seeing God’s children taking action to help others. I love encouraging people. I love traveling. Obviously. I love taking care of this earth. When water gets left on, I kind of die inside. Hammocking, hiking, camping and reading aloud to others are also a few of my faves. Kids are so much fun! I enjoy being goofy and silly and have often been called weird. Note: I can definitely be serious, but it’s not a preference. Goodness is there anything more you need to know? That is probably enough right? I could go on, but I’ll stop. Well one more…
Finally, I love spending time with my family, even though we can drive each other crazy sometimes..in the end there is just so much unconditional love there. Parents and family is how I see God the most. I love how much forgiveness is there. Seriously, like never ending forgiveness with one another. I’m thankful that it never ends and there is no expiration date on it. I see Him in the way we sacrifice for one another. I see Him in the way they are always encouraging me and proud of me even when I fail. I see Him in the way they tell me the right thing I’m supposed to do over and over and over again until finally, I see truth and realize that they do know what is best for me and what the right thing to do is. I’ll admit my family is the furthest thing from perfect, but it’s kind of like life, and my relationship with Christ. It’s not perfect, but despite our brokenness, we can find the beauty and grace of God’s love. I think Stitch also said it well in Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, “Broken, but still good.” Did I mention I love Disney.
