Today I woke up at 9:30 AM, took a shower and got all packed up to head to the airport for our flight to Malaysia.  It  is finally time!  After clearing the room and getting things ready to go, it was time for one last thing.  My last American toilet for the next 11 months.  Im not going to lie, I enjoyed it.  I took in everything possible: the comfort of sitting there longer then needed, fresh toilet paper right off the roll and the comfort of a door that locks, between myself and the world.

We are now on the journey God has planned for us.  Whatever we may face, we know God is on our side.  Not as, on our team but as literal on our side holding us up and guiding us on the battlefield.  He is our leader, and he cares for each of us personally.

He made himself "servant" and he is king.
He took the sin of the world upon him and he is king.
He made every fiber of my being and he is king.
He has taken me up in his arms and he is king.
I have fought him and he continually pursues me because he is king.
He is completely "just" in everything he does because he is king.
He completely loves me because he is The King!

Simple truths that WE so often forget when WE think about US.  This year will get rough and things will not go according to plan, so I pray for the completion of The Plan.  I pray that the focus of my heart from hence forth and forever more would be not on myself but Jesus the Christ. Amen.
