Some of you are probably asking what in the world is the World Race? Isn't that a TV show where people race around the world and have to do a bunch of crazy tasks to win some money? Well, the TV show you are thinking of is the Amazing Race, but there are some similarities…
The World Race is an 11 month mission trip where I will be traveling to 11 different countries and working with alongside my team to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I will be partaking in all kinds of crazy tasks also known as missions work which may include anything from working with street kids, anti-human trafficking, outreach, preaching and leading worship, teaching, construction and hands on work, etc. Unlike the Amazing Race, I will not be winning money on the World Race; instead I am in need of your support to make this journey possible. I will be a part of a squad of about 40 people. Within this squad I will be placed on a team between 5-8 people. We will become like family by eating together, working together, ministering together, having fun together, camping out together, praying together, laughing together, living together, and so much more. I'm so excited to meet my squad and team! The list of countries we will minister in and the months we will be there are listed below. From what I hear these along with just about everything else is subject to change. Isn't that what adventures are all about?
