On the documents website – http://www.theworldrace.org/documents/login.asp – you will find the Travel Arrangement Form. We need this form sent to [email protected] with your travel arrangements to Fort Lauderdale. To be reimbursed for your travel please fill the Expense Reimbursement form out. Include receipts for travel during for Training Camp, Travel to Launch, and for Travel Home at the end of the Race. You can send this in now and once your account goes over $13,800 we can begin to reimburse you.
We must have the Travel Arrangement form turned into the info box by December 20. Please include whether you are flying or driving, the arrival date, the arrival time, your airline, your flight number, and how many bags you will be checking. It is VITAL that we have this information, otherwise we might forget to find you at the airport!!!
