What forms exactly should I fill out for the power of attorney? I went to legalzoom.com and they will prepare the document after asking you some questions, but they charge a $35 fee, and if I can just fill out a form myself, then I don’t want to pay that extra money. The form I found online was a 2848, but I don’t know if this is the right form. Or where to send it in? I’m pretty confused…
I’m also confused about the living will… what forms do I need for that?
Any help would be appreciated, I am lost in all this legal junk…
