There are many due dates approaching for you to get your paperwork in. Please check the Documents website for your checklist and make sure you are caught up. By next week you should have all of the following items turned in.

$150 deposit (this will be applied to the cost of your trip). - Your

Bio to AIM [check the participant Bios on the website for an idea of what we are looking for] - Submit a
digital photo to AIM [preferably a ‘head-shot’] - Your
Statement of Faith - Your
Team Covenant - A copy of your
support letter - Deputized Support Raising Policies form
- Myers-Briggs Test completed online and sent to AIM

Medical Release Form - Proof of insurance – must be sent in

Prayer Partners [at least 15 people] should be e-mailed to AIM - Submit the name of your
