For those of you finding your own transportation from the airport, we thought we would give you a heads up on how this works. You will need $35+ for the trip. The shuttle will take you from the airport to the Best Western in Gainesville. From the Best Western a staff member will have to pick you up and bring you to AIM. Be sure we know when to pick you up at the Best Western or be prepared to call us on your way to the hotel (or maybe both). You also need to arrange transportation from AIM to the Best Western. Email the info box or Laura about these things.
