IRS Power of Attorney

Hey Racers!

As you are filling out your power of attorney and advanced directive information, please add form 2848 for the IRS. This is a specific power of attorney for whomever will be doing your taxes. Sometimes the IRS insists on having this and sometimes not. However, it’s better to have it rather than not.

Visit http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f2848.pdf, fill this out, and be sure both AIM and your POA have a copy.
