I’ve been reading “Always Enough” the past few days and today I read the chapter about the severe floods in 2000. I was really moved and inspired by what God did in the region throughout the disaster. When I came home tonight, I checked my email and was perusing the World Vision newletter. They had an article about the current floods in Mozambique caused by cyclone Favio. I’m not one to watch the news so I probably wouldn’t have heard about it if I didn’t read the newsletter and the article probably wouldn’t have caught my eye if I hadn’t been reading
Always Enough the last few days. Pretty cool how God puts things together to make an impact in our lives. For those of you who follow the news as little as I do, I thought I’d pass along a few articles about the situation and suggest that we all do some serious prayer for this region. I’m excited about having the opportunity to go and serve these people and tell them about our awesome God!
