After saying yes to God to spend the next 9 months of my life to spread The Gospel in 3 different countries, I received some interesting feedback.
Going to a baby showering this weekend I of course am getting the typical questions about what I am going to do for the rest of my life. Once I start to share about my new exciting opportunity, I begin to see people’s eyes start to widen and them ask, “Are you crazy?!” They are just astonished by my decision to leave America and go live in crazy places to preach about Jesus. This baby shower wasn’t the only place that I am hearing this from either. People at my job (American Eagle), my family, and even God fearing people in my church.
I love this reaction because in the midst of this world I am crazy! I am absolutely crazy to want to do something like this when I have the alternative option of going to college, partying, and having “the time of my life.”
I am crazy for Jesus. I have the desire to do anything and everything just so that every tribe and nation will praise His Name. Even if that means leaving my comfy bed, my awesome friends and family, and even school right now to go sleep on the ground in Guatemala, Malaysia, and Botswana so that God’s Kingdom will grow.
I hope you will consider supporting me throughout this journey by money but ultimately through prayer.
With love,
Taylor 🙂
