A thank you to my team in Manila. Living with 5 other women constantly teaches you a lot about yourself and about how to honor one another. How to choose joy and learn what that looks like. Women have a harder time living in community, we react faster and don’t always know how to handle our emotions.
My team, you wonderful women of God, you have taught me so much over these past 3 months in the Philippines. You taught me how to love right away. Unconditionally love one another and prefer each other. You taught me how to serve. I learned what complete trust looks like from basically 5 strangers.
Grace, you showed me true joy out of every situation. Thank you for your kind heart and amazing spirit.
Lexi, you taught me how to have a gentle spirit and to listen to what the Lord has to offer. Thank you for everything.
Lyndsay, you showed me what a leader looks like. Thank you for never being too much and for teaching me how to hold my hands open and trust the Lord.
Lindsay, you taught me what it means to be a true friend from the start. You showed our team what true friendship looks like. Thank you for loving well.
Madison, you have taught me how to keep calm and take a step back. To keep a light heart and still be personable. Thank you for keeping your head high and teaching me so much.
All in all thank you to all 5 of you for changing my life and walking through this season with me. I love you ladies.
