It all began on June 7, 1982. Two proud parents, John and “Skeeter” gave birth to the baby girl they had been wanting so bad….me, Taryn Alesha Mast.
I grew up with my two amazing parents who are going on 37 years of marriage and two awesome brothers, Chad and Josh, who I just adore! I was raised catholic, but never had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I lived the life, or what I thought life was all about for many years. I was the wild child and lived a life about me. However, I would not take it back for a moment, as it has shaped me into who I am today…who God has molded me into. God allowed those things to take place in my life for a reason, and I hope to share with many the work He has done and is doing in me!
Currently I work as a marketing assistant at a hair care manufacturer and truly have a passion for the marketing world. I not only love the ins and outs of marketing, but above all else I am passionate about my God, Jesus Christ! Coming in second I love health, working out, my family, friends, reading, chillin in my chillers, listening to music, shopping when I have money and watching movies with my mom!
As far as my walk, here it goes. I cant give you a date and time that I was saved….I don’t believe it happened like that. However, I do feel that when I was baptized this past January my faith grew by leaps and bounds. I was sick of having one foot in and one foot out and I made the decision to have my water baptism. I feel that the Lord had me wait until this time so that my brother, Chad, could do it and he did…so cool!
I hope to one day to run a health spa/fitness club of my own and share the love of Christ through it. Although those are my plans, I have still grounded myself in the fact the God may have other plans. I look forward to see what He brings and am dedicated to live a life striving to be like Christ!
