As I lay in my hammock, I am overwhelmed by the LOVE of GOD. I am
thankful for the cool breeze, the beach, the food, the people we live
with, and the adventurous Life of Faith that I am able to live.

(the beauty of the Irish Sea)

This past week, we have been in Greystones, Ireland. Our mission:
evangelism. Many people are freaked out or intimidated by that term… but
WE ARE EVANGELISM! Our contacts Jim and Kathy reminded us of that. They have lived it out too (they are always going out of their way to help
or encourage someone). It is true. We are evangelism. We are a Story of
God’s love and grace. We are an invitation to God’s life of freedom and
eternal life. Everything in our lives is an opportunity to share that
with others.

Here in Greystones, we have been able to do many things. From church
services to yard work to street evangelism to building to racing down
the secret path with Mikey to youth services to climbing mountains to
bringing bread to gypsy’s to spending time with lonely or hurting
people to tutoring kids with special needs to breakfast table talks
about God and life to walking the dogs along the beach to cleaning the
house to just sitting in silence. All of this is a testimony to God’s grace.

Every part of our lives can be a beautiful example to others of God’s love or just another menial task.
Make it a gift to God!

Mikey is 8 years old and lives at the house we are staying at. We have
had many fun times and talks.

I love this kid!!! Today, he reminded me of the
gift of life and the power of God.
He said,

Tara, you shouldn’t be alive…with all your accidents and you falling
from 3 stories, you should be dead but you aren’t. How did God do
that?!?! WOW! That is amazing. God must love you a lot.

He does love us a lot. So let’s love Him back!
   We are evangelism.
