For the group of 6 if was their first day in a new city. They had gotten into Buenos Aires at 4 am.  Had very little sleep and were awakened to pounding on their door telling them that they needed to be checked out as soon as possible.  It was now noon.  They decided to keep one room to put their belonging in and go get something to fill their stomachs with.

For one lady it was a normal day in her world, with one exception.  It was her 50th birthday! yet she was spending it working and away from her husband, who is in Spain on a business trip.  None of her friends are available to spend time with. They are scattered about.

Little did each one know that the Lord would place them in the path of the other.  Its what you would call a divine appointment.

This group of 6 is Nessa.  The lady is Ana-Maria.

We, Nessa, were sitting enjoying our breakfast/lunch trying to decide where to go on our first day in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  We had decided to try to find a park to pray and worship, but had no clue where to even start to find.  Enter Ana-Maria who sat at a table next to us.  Talk to her is what I hear. Not knowing whether it was just me or God, I waited a few minutes. Finally after serval minutes of hearing “Talk to her” I lean over to Steph and tell her that we needed to talk to this lady.

Questions start being asked…where is the nearest park? Do you know any churches around this area? can you tell us about this area?  Answers start being given…mainly “I’m not from this area”.  yet this lady offers to go with us to buy a map of the city.  We find out that it is her 50th birthday.  Lunch is bought.

The six and the one leave together in search of map.  Eventually they find what they are seeking. coffee is found, flowers are bought.  the map is poured over. “its beautiful here, lots of security, but please don’t go here, is dangerous.”  Cake is bought. birthday wishes are sung. Prayers are said.

Lives are shared.  Friends are made.
