.short and simple.
God created the universe.
that’s a big thought. Just think about it for a second.
The place in which we all live, that goes on forever and we can’t find the end. Where we sit in space and live….He created that.
He created the earth. He created every living thing. He created the water and the sky, the light, the smells, the sights. He created everything that I can feel, see, and touch.
Whoa.
He CREATED it all.
To think one day he thought it all up and made it real, tangible.
Sometimes when I really think about it, I think I am crazy to think such a thing could be thought up and created. God is beyond creative, he made the universe. I am left in awe, speechless.
Then I remember that in all of this, He created me…in his image.
The God who created the universe, created ME IN HIS IMAGE!
Whoa.
I am like Him.
I am creative.
Walk in it.
And so I am, slowly. I may not be “the greatestâ€� singer, but I am singing. I may not be “the greatestâ€� painter, but I am painting. I may not be “the greatestâ€� dancer, but I am dancing. I may not “the greatestâ€� at all that I do, but I am doing it. I don’t even care if anyone sees or hears it, I’m having fun with my Papa!
Maybe one day I can share it with people, but until then I use my creativity to delight in Him. He created me and made me creative, using it brings joy. =)
