While being here in Romania we have been so blessed. There is beautiful landscape around us, and we are surrounded by such loving people.
One thing that I realized right away here was how affectionate the people are. The family we are staying with, the father and son are around each other all the time. The son is running to his father, and the father brags about his son. How they want to be around each other, and how much they love each other.
Not only do they say it, but they show it. That is something that has hit me while being here, and something that I want to carry on. It is easier to say how we feel but sometimes it is the actions that move us.
There are still things that we are stepping into in the ministry. We have been helping around the village we are staying at, going to other villages that are around this area, having bon fires at night. We are living in a gypsy community. I feel so blessed to be in a small community outside the city. I love how the people come over and hang out at “Papa” house all the time. The family will stop by multiple times a day, it’s great to be out of the city for a change.
